First Full Week Fun!

We had a great time observing honey comb, a caterpillar and butterflies at the science station this week. We also recorded our observations in our science notebooks. We LOVE the big magnified glass.

In math we worked on sorting buttons by their attributes. This is how one student sorted the buttons by color.

Writing workshop and handwriting are in full swing! Don't forget to practice writing the starting corning letters and the word wall words a, I, is, and.

To end our week we had our first Kindergarten Community Meeting. At the meeting we learned about the three bees of our school.... Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible. Some of you may have noticed the bees hanging in the classroom.
